Next Step, Your Client Portal

Our client portal Materio.co is your one-stop shop for all things Bevy. In the portal, you can view and comment on any designs, approve and reject purchases, and manage invoices.

Receive Client Portal Invite

First, you will receive a welcome email from our client portal, Materio (hello@materioapp.com). After opening the email, click ‘View Project’ and create a login. Now you can get to everything Bevy-related: products, approvals, conversations, and invoices.

Approve Purchases

When a project is ready, the team will prepare 'Selections' in the client portal so that you can approve any necessary purchases, such as contractor services to fix an issue or organizational products to organize the garage. Ask questions, compare recommendations, and approve the choice you want to move forward with.

Collaborate on Designs

In 'Scope', click on the images at the bottom of the screen to see any requested designs for your home. What do you think? In the top left corner, click on the comments icon and leave your thoughts. Our team will see your message and either respond in Materio or discuss it at your next meeting.

  • How will we meet?
    Effective communication is a cornerstone of our services. Expect weekly status updates via email for project milestones, detailed phone calls to discuss progress and address any questions, and scheduled in-person meetings to review plans and make important decisions. We keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
  • How do I keep track of my project?
    In addition to standard communication, you will receive a welcome email to our client portal Materio.co soon after project agreement. Your personalized portal allows you access to everything Bevy-related, including products, approvals, conversations, and invoices. The portal allows easy access to compare recommendations and approve choices you're ready to move forward with, ask questions to the team, and easily see budget & actual costs.
  • How do I log into my Materio account?
    Once you complete your DocuSign packet, you will receive an email from Materio prompting you to create a username & password. Be sure to save this information in a secure place! You can access the Materio portal login here. https://app.materio.co/login We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access in the future. Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot Password" button in the middle of the page.
  • What happens if there’s a delay in the project?
    If a delay occurs, we’ll communicate the reasons and revised timeline promptly, working diligently to minimize impact and keep the project on track.
  • How can I reach my Designer if I have an urgent question or concern?
    Your Designer is accessible via phone and text for urgent matters. For less immediate questions, emails are also an effective way to communicate.
  • We've decided to redesign additional spaces during our ongoing project, how do we add this to our plan?
    More times than not, our clients find they want to renovate or redesign additional rooms while their original project is underway. We can easily accommodate your growing needs - just let your Bevy partner know your thoughts! Updating your home is an exciting time, and we'll work with you to create an updated timeline & scope based on your new criteria.
  • Will my home be livable during the renovation?
    This depends on the scope of the project. Construction is always disruptive to a home, but with Bevy we work to keep this as minimal as possible. Communication and site management are critical. We will advise you on whether living in your home or temporarily moving out during construction is the right choice for you based on project scale and your family's needs.   • How do you ensure quality in your projects?
    We partner with trusted contractors and use high-quality materials. Our experienced team oversees every detail to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and durable, beautiful results.
  • How long will my renovation take?
    Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed timeline and keep you updated on progress to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • How do you ensure the project stays on budget?
    We meticulously plan and monitor all expenses, providing you with regular financial updates. If any potential cost changes arise, we discuss them with you beforehand to ensure transparency and alignment with your budget.
  • How do you handle unforeseen issues that arise during construction?
    A major component of being a full-service partner is promptly managing any and all issues that arise. Our goal is to resolve these problems efficiently, which involves informing you of any situations and presenting possible solutions in a timely manner.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with part of the work?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s something you’re not happy with, please let us know immediately. We’ll work to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations. Home renovation can be a stressful time, and it can be easy to lose sight of the end vision with all the dust, noise, and chaos. Bevy has carefully chosen our construction partners based on years of experience and proven results.   • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, providing peace of mind and protecting your investment throughout the renovation process.
  • What if I don't know my design style?
    That’s perfectly fine! Our team is skilled at identifying your tastes through conversations and visual exercises. We'll guide you in exploring different styles until we find what resonates with you.
  • How will you help me discover my design style?
    We begin with a thorough in-person consultation to understand your preferences, lifestyle, and inspirations. Through conversation, mood boards, and visual references, we help you articulate your design style and preferences.
  • How do you help me choose the right pieces and colors for my home?
    We provide expert recommendations based on your design style, functional needs, and personal preferences. Our team curates a selection of furniture, decor, and color palettes, helping you visualize how they will look in your space.
  • How do you help with color selection?
    We consider your personal preferences, the natural light in your space, and the overall mood you want to create. We provide color swatches, samples, and visualizations to help you make confident choices.
  • Can you help me create a cohesive look throughout my home?
    Yes, we specialize in creating cohesive designs that flow seamlessly from room to room. We ensure that all elements work together harmoniously while still allowing for unique touches in each space.
  • How do you incorporate my family’s needs into the design?
    We prioritize functionality as much as aesthetics. By understanding your family’s daily routines, storage needs, and lifestyle, we design spaces that are both beautiful and practical for everyday living.
  • How do I ensure the pieces we select will fit my home?
    We take detailed measurements of your space and use design software to create accurate layouts. This allows us to visualize how each piece will fit and ensure everything works together harmoniously.
  • Can you help me incorporate my existing furniture and decor into the new design?
    Absolutely! We love blending new elements with your cherished pieces. Our designers will work to integrate your existing items in a way that complements and enhances the overall design
  • How do you ensure the design reflects my unique style and needs?

  • What if I change my mind about a design choice?
    Flexibility is part of our process. If you change your mind about a design element, let us know, and we’ll work with you to adjust the plan and find a solution that you love.
  • Who do I contact if I have questions about my invoice?
    For any billing or payment questions, please contact your Bevy partner. Have a non-urgent question? You can reply directly to your invoice email and our Operations Team will assist you ASAP.
  • Where do I go to find my invoices?
    Invoices will be sent to you via email, and can also be found in your Materio Client Portal.
  • When will I receive invoices for my project?
    You will receive invoices at the start of each phase of the project and upon completion of key milestones. We provide detailed billing schedules during the initial consultation, so you know what to expect.
  • Can I get a detailed breakdown of costs?
    Absolutely. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of labor hours, materials, and other costs. We are always available to answer any questions you have about the billing details.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    Whatever works best for you! Our client portal accepts credit card (3.2% + $.30 fees apply) and ACH (no additional fees). We also accept check, Zelle, and cash payments.
  • Can I split an invoice between multiple forms of payment?
    Want to put part of your payment on a credit card and the other on check (or similar)? Not a problem! Just let the Bevy team know and we'll update your invoice to reflect these payment methods.
  • Will I pay contractors directly?
    Part of Bevy's streamlined services includes reviewing contractor bills for accuracy based on agreed upon scope and work completed. You will never be asked to pay a contractor directly. This applies to deposits, mid-project withdrawals, and final wrap-up payments.
